COUPLES & FAMILY THERAPY

Feel Seen.

Couples and families can be some of the most complicated work that we do. The way in which this work truly helps and sustained change is achieved is when both people in the couple feel equally seen, or when each family member feels valued. The “relationship” or the “family system” is the focus and treating these relationships is the goal. Having a therapist with the experience and confidence to control the environment creates safety for each person to do this work as a unit.
